This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed on kidzduniya.com are processed and delivered. KidzDuniya is a proprietorship business registered in India (Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-DL-03-0086796).

Where we ship

We currently deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India. You can check whether your PIN code is serviceable at checkout. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order processing

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of successful payment.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation by email/SMS, followed by tracking details once the order is dispatched.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities: usually 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Other locations: usually 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may be affected by weather, strikes, festivals, remote locations or other events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Receiving your order

  • Please check that the outer package is sealed and undamaged before accepting it. If the package looks tampered with or damaged, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • Please record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when you open the package. This video is mandatory for any claim of damaged, defective, missing or wrong items. See our Return & Replacement Policy.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, the customer being unavailable, or refusal of an undamaged package, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping may involve additional charges.
