Products and pricing

  • We try to display products, colours and descriptions accurately. Actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
  • Prices, offers and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and return any amount paid.
  • Please follow the age recommendations and safety warnings on each product. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment and our order confirmation.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your card or bank details.
  • You agree to provide accurate name, address and contact details. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

Shipping, cancellation and replacement

Delivery, cancellation and replacement are governed by our Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy and Return & Replacement Policy. KidzDuniya follows a no-refund policy on delivered orders. Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced only with a valid unboxing video.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to KidzDuniya or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, KidzDuniya’s liability for any order is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by courier partners or events beyond our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
